The “Hassle-Free” Replacement Process
If you encounter a defective device, simply follow these 3 easy steps:
Step 1: Record a Short VideoTake a brief video clearly showing the device and demonstrating that it is not working (e.g., the light doesn’t turn on when inhaling, or no vapour is produced).
Step 2: Email UsSend the video and your Order Number to Sale@IGETVapesAustralia.com
Step 3: Get Your ReplacementOnce verified (usually within 12-24 hours), we will immediately arrange a shipment of a brand-new replacement device to you.
Important Policy Details
We Cover All Costs We will cover the cost of the new product AND the shipping fee. You do not need to pay a cent.
No Return Needed Please do not mail the defective device back to us. Once your replacement is confirmed, you can dispose of the faulty unit safely.
Out of Stock Substitution Our stock moves fast. In the rare event that your specific flavour is out of stock when we process your replacement, we will send you the closest matching flavour available to ensure you get your vape as quickly as possible.
Video Evidence is Mandatory o prevent abuse of this generous policy, we strictly require video proof of the defect. We cannot process replacements without it.
