This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through IGET Vape Australia. It explains how we handle faulty devices, returns, refunds, and missing parcels. Please review it carefully before ordering.
Faulty Device Replacement
We stand behind the authenticity and quality of the products we supply. That said, electronic devices can sometimes develop faults due to manufacturing variance. If your device is faulty, we will support you through the process below.
Replacement method: Faulty device replacements are provided with your next order (new purchase required). We do not offer standalone free replacements.
This approach helps keep pricing competitive while still supporting genuine fault claims.
What counts as a fault
- Device is non-functional on arrival (DOA) or stops working under normal use
- Confirmed hardware fault not caused by misuse, damage, or modification
What is not covered
- Change of mind or taste preference
- Cosmetic packaging wear during shipping
- Damage caused by incorrect charging, liquid exposure, drops/impact, or tampering
⚠ Note: Some products may have non-replaceable conditions. Please check the product description before purchasing.
Delivery Delays & Missing Parcels
Once your order is dispatched, delivery speed depends on the courier (for example, Australia Post or other selected carriers). Delays can occur due to network congestion, weather, remote routing, or peak periods.
Late deliveries
We cannot issue refunds for late deliveries once a parcel has been dispatched and is moving in the courier network.
Missing parcel (no delivery within 30 days)
If your parcel has not arrived within 30 days from the dispatch date, we will offer:
- Resend (if stock is available), or
- Refund to the original payment method
If tracking shows no movement or unusual scans, contact us — we may have additional updates from the courier.
Wrong address / refusal / returned to sender
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Parcels returned due to incorrect address details or receiver refusal may not be refundable if the carrier or border authorities destroy the parcel.
Returns Policy
7-day return window (unopened items only)
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if all conditions are met:
- Unused and unopened
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase provided
Non-returnable items
- Opened disposable products (if functional)
- Used or damaged items
- E-liquids, pods, or consumables (hygiene and safety reasons)
For hygiene and safety reasons, consumables cannot be returned once opened.
Refund Process
- Inspection: We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable).
- Approval: If eligible, refunds are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Method: Refunds go back to the original payment method only.
